Thank you for writing to us at Amazon.com.
I am glad to take this opportunity to address you in this regard.
Yes, you may ship items to the APO addresses. If you're having
problems entering your APO or FPO address, this format should work
for you:
1. Enter the recipient's full name and address in the relevant
fields.
2. Enter "APO" or "FPO" in the City field.
3. Enter "AE" in the State/Province/Region field if the recipient is
stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA"
if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the
recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
4. Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United
States" from the Country drop-down menu
IMPORTANT: Be sure to enter "United States" as the country. This
will ensure that you are charged the correct shipping amount, and
that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion.
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or
First Class Mail. Deliveries should reach your APO hub within 3 to
5 business days from the date of shipment, although some
destinations may take up to 21 days for delivery.
For your future reference, Please note that Amazon.com cannot ship
the following products to APO or FPO addresses:
- Computers
- Cell Phones & service
- Magazines
- items in our Target@Amazon.com store
Also, not all items in our Electronics, Health & Personal Care,
Kitchen & Housewares, Toys, Software, Computer & Videogames,
Jewelry, and Tools & Hardware stores can be shipped to APO/FPO
addresses. Shipping restrictions will be posted on the product
detail page.
You will be notified while placing your order if we are unable to
ship a specific item to the address you have selected.
Note that some items are offered on our web site by third-party
merchants, such as the items in our Apparel & Accessories store.
Each merchant sets their own policies regarding the destinations
they ship to; you can consult the Help pages for the specific
merchant to see if they ship items to APO/FPO addresses.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any
further questions, you'll find our complete shipping policies in our
online Help pages:

I'm sorry that I wasn't able to be of more help. We appreciate your
business and hope that you will give us the chance to serve you
better in the future.
