Okay, approaching the counter is one of my favorite local painters,
who paints at Muskegon Community College and teaches there. Waiting at
the cash register is one of our Skeetown Skirtzs, working her socially
conscious day job purveying health foods. A man steps into the
episode, "How nice is it we have one of our best athletes standing
face to face with one of our greatest painters"? And he vanishes. He
is superfluous now as the women build rapport. As business is
transacted, we learn our athlete has painted as a hobbyist. We learn
that our painter is a vegetarian who does yoga as a full contact
sport. We have no idea where the friendship goes tomorrow, but we do
know the Health Hutt is perfect for these moments of conversation and
insight.
