Wilbo Goes to the New Holland Brewing Company Tap Room to Enjoy @PureMichigan Brewing.

Behold the beauty of the taproom. I'm pretty sure there's no purer way to experience Michigan brewing than the brewer's taproom. There's always pours on the tap unavailable in the store cooler or the upscale bar. Having a Dunkel Seites Dark German Lager brewed with a lager strain imported from Michigan's Upper Peninsula. I have no idea what that means but it makes this Dunkel sound earthy & sustainable, akin to a loaf of sourdough bread made from sourdough starter. At New Holland Brewing Company, it's always a New Holland Brewing Company tap-takeover. And let's face it. The restauranteur is going to mark up a pint by two or three dollars more than the tap room.
