Follow up reports of leaping salmon at Muskegon channel .... Mile 13984

Driving or walking to the great waters of Lake Michigan or Lake Muskegon is a benefit of working in Muskegon. So I walked the south boardwalk and talked to three parties. One was wetting grubs, but not pursuing salmon. His wife sat in truck and read. Two women were just taking pictures and remembered when the pier would line with fisherman. One man had just built a new rod so he was casting a hookless plug go try it out. All had spotted big leaping salmon. As for me, I didn't spot one, but I did catch a lot of rain drops with my clothes and plenty of fresh air. The Coast Guard rescue launch looks good in its location. I caught a picture of that.
