There's a full moon over Lowell, and this gas station makes a good rest stop. I bought two bananas, hoping the potassium picks up my metabolism. I could get a nice inexpensive sandwich but I blew my calorie and fat budget at El Azteco. It is almost Monday and I have a little less than an hour to drive. Sleep in the car is a funny option. I have all my washup gear and fresh clothes in the trunk. There's no cars at the gas pumps and no customers at the sandwich bar. I passed the State Capitol square today, and it looked as if a ceremony for first responders was wrapping up. I noticed a number of state troopers in dress blues striding way, making me wonder if I were seeing a graduation. I am pretty sure these are state troopers in uniforms; what else could they've been? I could have done more to honor the 10th Anniversary of 9-11 but I touched one major observation and talked about that morning today with acquaintances. I have visited all sites, including Shanksville. Crossing into Kent County, the high luminosity billboard showed two white towers on a black field. No text explained. No text to explain was required.
