Let us now praise the Lake House Restaurant, a choice spot to enjoy The Lake Effect in Muskegon Michigan.

View the marina and count boats remaining, six only, counting one
aluminum rowboat. Nautical lines are pulled across slips, one more
signal of seasonal change. Scan across Lake Muskegon's longest expanse
and you can behold sand dunes by our channel. Consider yourself upon
an island because water reflects up November noon sunshine from each
visible angle. Forget about angles you cannot see as you behold these
picture windows. Imagine your front row seat for winter drama as our
Lake Muskegon ices over and as lighly loaded Lakers carry in coal and
cement, ice broken to make way, ice fisherman warned before hand. Keep
your twenties in your pocket. I enjoyed an amazing sandwich of pulled
pork paired, a bowl of salmon chowder piping hot to the right. Forget
about your office until a fantastic idea arises from a deeply relaxed
state arising from extraordinary food and a lunch hour far away.
DESSERT, you ask, Miss Hospitality YES, I want to desert my job for an
afternoon.
