Greek Tony's, spared toxic debris from chimney demolition, expands on Lake Muskegon shore.

Occupy Muskegon claimed a victory when the group raised awareness of environmental barriers to simply dropping a Sappi paper plant chimney with dynamite. The demo has been pushed off to April, last I knew. I felt some concern that funky dust and particulates could invade the sparklingly clean and sanitary kitchen of Lakeshore Greek Tony's. I have a ten inch pizza for lunch once a week, baked in those immaculate ovens. Don't worry. I have a few slices for lunch, a few for an early evening snack and the rest for breakfast the next day. As for the expansion, it's great to see an uptick in the Lakeside District, and I hear the restaurant will still have a deck with summer flowering plants in the upcoming growing season.
