In a way I have yet to fully understand, Muskegon is a perfect place
for me to live. I've got the blues. Muskegon has a blues bar for me,
Dreamers Blues Bar run by my friend Mal Williams. It's like living on
a movie set. And tonight, the blues messenger is Big Daddy Fox. Last
Friday, Vincent Hayes did the blues honors at the Alley Door Club.
Sunday, a man from way back to Byron Boy Scout Troop 88, Bob Butcher,
laid down the blues at the prestigious Watermark 920 space. If this is
as bad as life gets, when a door opens and I have a warm welcome and a
blues show to watch, how bad can my life ever be? — at Dreamers Blues
